Our equipment hire service in Riddells Creek offers a wide range of affordable, high-quality items to support your next event, meeting, or community activity. Whether you’re planning a party, workshop, presentation, or outdoor gathering, we provide everything from outdoor gas heaters, reusable party kits, and marquee canopies to audio equipment, projectors, screens, tables, chairs, and safety equipment. Conveniently located for Riddells Creek and surrounding areas, our flexible hire options make it easy to access reliable equipment for events of all sizes.
Most hires are for a duration of one week, unless there is another booking in the days following yours in which case we need to ensure the assets are returned as soon as possible after your event.
Mimosa Outdoor Gas Heater
The Outdoor Area Gas Heater in Matte Black is a portable, functional and stylish addition to your entertaining outdoor area. With oxygen depletion sensor (ODS) and a powder-coated finish, this heater offers fantastic heating coverage of up to 15 square metres. Easy assembly. Body level heat emission. NB: This unit must be used in well ventilated outdoor areas as it requires adequate ventilation in order to operate.

Party Kit
We have two reuseable party kits available for your next party, to save your pocket and the environment from purchasing disposable items. One kit is suitable for older children and adults and includes:
- Plates, bowls, cups and cutlery for 20 pax as well as tongs and a spatula
The other kit is suitable for toddlers and small children and includes:
- Placemats, plates, bowls, cups and cutlery for 18 pax, as well as tongs and a spatula
Weekly hire fee: $15 each kit

Canopy Outdoor Portable Marquee
The 3x3m is considered the “standard” marquee size. It is a popular size chosen for events in all industries and organisations. The frame is made in a concertina design, so when the legs are drawn backwards, the marquee’s frame simply “pops up”. Once the marquee’s frame is open to full size, the legs of the frame are extended up to the desired height. This means that within a matter of minutes, the marquee can be set up and ready to use.

Signify Fog Machine
The Signify Fog Machine Kit is a great addition to your next event. The Fog Machine is a compact device that helps to improve ambience and lighting effects by creating a fine mist that fills the area at your control, via the 2m wired remote. It’s easy to use and will be a show stopper at your next party or event.

Our Epson data projectors are reliable, high-quality presentation tools ideal for workshops, meetings, training sessions, and community events. Known for their bright, clear image output and user-friendly setup, Epson projectors are well-suited to a range of environments—from small rooms to larger group spaces. They offer flexible connectivity options, making it easy to display content from laptops, USB devices, and other media sources.
We have a selection of Epson projectors available, including the EB-S140, EB-X7301, and EB-1795F models. Each projector has slightly different features and specifications, so if you have specific requirements (such as resolution, brightness, or portability), we recommend checking the individual model details to find the best fit for your needs.

Portable Data Projector Screen
Our portable projector screen is a convenient and versatile solution for presentations, movie nights, and community events. Designed with a pull-up mechanism and sturdy tripod stand, it can be set up quickly and adjusted to suit a variety of spaces.
The screen features a smooth white viewing surface with a black backing to enhance image clarity and reduce light penetration, helping to deliver a bright, sharp display. Lightweight and easy to transport, it’s ideal for both indoor and occasional outdoor use.

Our black plastic chairs are a practical and versatile seating option for events, meetings, and community activities. Made from durable, easy-to-clean plastic, they are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Lightweight and stackable, these chairs are easy to transport, set up, and store, making them ideal for flexible room arrangements. We have ten chairs available for hire, perfect for small gatherings or as additional seating when needed.

Folding Office Tables
Our folding tables are a practical and flexible option for meetings, workshops, and events. Featuring a sturdy tabletop and stable frame, they provide a reliable surface for a variety of uses, from group activities to catering and displays.
Designed for convenience, the tables can be easily folded and moved, with castor wheels allowing for quick setup and reconfiguration of spaces. We have three tables available for hire, making them ideal for creating adaptable layouts to suit your needs.

High Visibility Bollards
Our high-visibility bollards are ideal for managing spaces, guiding foot traffic, and improving safety at events or activities. Brightly coloured for maximum visibility, they are easy to spot in both indoor and outdoor settings.
Lightweight and simple to position, these bollards can be quickly set up and moved as needed to create temporary barriers or mark out specific areas. We have twelve bollards available for hire, making them a practical solution for crowd control, safety zones, or event organisation.
