What’s involved?
- Creating and scheduling social media content (including reels)
- Assisting with press releases and media coverage
- Updating website content and event information
- Supporting media/marketing planning
- Managing bookings via Humanitix(You can assist with Riddells Creek Cool Changes now, and/or the Enviro-Energy Expo 2026!)
What you’ll need:
- Experience or interest in marketing, communications, or media
- Confidence using social platforms (especially Instagram/Facebook)
- Basic website or event platform skills (or a willingness to learn)
- A passion for sustainability, storytelling, and community impact
- A reliable internet connection
Time commitment: Flexible – just a few hours a month depending on your availability. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to contribute meaningfully from home, and help promote positive change in a rural community.
